Raspy Rapper @Franceau__ Drops “100 Times A Day”
The Atlanta, GA based label Rich Government has been making great strides since their launch in 2012. Their roster is full of talented and exceptional artists such as Franceau, Donny Cold and the first lady KashTheGoddess. With that being said, Rich Gov recently released a brand new track with Franceau. With his signature raspy voice, Franceau is one artist to watch.
