Watch: @ShySpeaks in Her “FreeLunch Fridays” Series

ShySpeaks launched a new social media series #FreeLunchFriday, a play on the legendary 106 & Park’s, Freestyle Friday. She highlights one of her favorite spots to grab some healthy eats while, eating up some of our favorite beats. Fan’s can enter to win lunch by tagging two people on Instagram, and/or mentioning two people on Twitter and, retweeting the video of her rhyming over Cardi B’s Press beat this week. The winners will be announced and contacted the following Monday at 11:00 a.m. CST.

Shy has amassed over 700K streams and has fans in over 50 countries. She was recently featured in Urban Magazine’s July issue, on the Speak Your Success Podcast, WFAA’s Good Morning Texas TV show, and on Columbia Records album release entitled; Let the Trap Say Amen by Zaytoven & Lecrae. She has appeared on various projects, college platforms and press outlets; not to mention she is a 5x Spoken Word Artist of the Year Awardee. “I wanted to do something different to engage my current fan base while reaching a new audience, so I just took a staple element of hip hop and put my own spin on it. Think of Lil Wayne and his mixtape era but, instead of just giving you music, you might win a free lunch”, says ShySpeaks on what inspired her to launch the series.
